Terms of Service

By accessing or using the YouRL application and web platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

YouRL is a business management platform designed for beauty and personal care professionals. The Service provides:

• Online booking and appointment management
• Customer communication tools (chat, inquiries)
• Social media content management and publishing
• AI-powered content creation and analytics
• Business profile and scheduling management

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to publish misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Comply with all applicable social media platform policies when using our publishing features
• Obtain appropriate consent from your customers before collecting or processing their data through the Service

When you connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile), you authorize YouRL to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant. You remain responsible for all content published through the Service to your connected accounts.

Your use of each connected platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service together with the Google Privacy Policy, and the Pinterest Terms. You agree to comply with those policies when publishing content through the Service.

You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the app settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your social media data and delete stored tokens within 7 days.

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing to your social media accounts).

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation (captions, translations, scheduling recommendations). AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, TossPayments). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Refund policies are as specified at the time of transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
